Your 5 step process reminds my of teh standard marketing equation; Interrupt, engage, educate the offer. Most advertisers and political ads doo teh first and last skipping teh most important part, the educate. I can see most people doing your first two, Message and messenger and skipping over or paying lip service to the last three. I admit to being guilty of this myself. To fix it I have posted these 5 steps on my office wall in 72 pint Aptos- display font so I can't ignore it. I am hoping this method will keep me grounded when I read or hear messages from politicians and candidates from either party.

Yeah. I don't usually write on current events but I was up late last night and of course he's tweeting at 2:30 in the morning and @Heather Cox Richardson it is her take on it with the normal and partisan Spin and so I looked at it from a different angle and I thought it was pretty interesting. And of course since people that hate him will look at it like more manipulative nonsense and people that love him and look at it strategic gamesmanship.. it was perfect for the brand. The thing that I don't think he understands, is that isn't that intelligent if I can break it down with half an eye closed .

How true. I completed my first pass on your first action item of your previous post (Community improvement). How should I send it to you for comment?
