Our democracy isn’t even a democracy, it’s a military regime masked in democracy.

Do you have that right. It's not even close to a democracy. We don't even vote

Regina Edelman's avatar

You meant not obligated to vote.

Rxan Smith's avatar

I mean that our vote doesn't count even if we do, when we do

Regina Edelman's avatar

That too.

Age limits need to be established for all members…as well as service time limits…Congress..the third part of our government was created to be in touch with the people they represent.

Negate abilities of opponents to come to meaningful solutions. Clear them all out and start anew!

Amazing and very interesting article. I’m from the UK, so this might affect me as well. Seeing the gap between the two parties and knowing that neither side is right, especially when it comes to taking accountability.

Yup. The Jacobins still run the Obama contingent.

The Elders of Zion still run the other side.

We could have kept Weimar, but it was too much work. Better to scream and yell and march all day in the streets instead of working for a sustainable future.

Oh yeah. "Minimum wage". Fast food stocks end up in the circular file the very next day. Bring back the American jobs from overseas and your wage problem goes away.

Congress as a whole has lost the ability to negotiate and compromise. The long terms encourage aged rivalries/opponents to fester and interfere with everything. Worshiping via a cult of fear does nothing but

Agree. Next question: what is the mechanism for creating something other than this either/or choice?

You make a solid argument.
