Yes, it might be the “plan” that got us to this awful place, but it was as much if not more the man. Trump has been groomed by maga for this moment for a very long time knowing it would take a person who had no humanity to make all this tearing down of our democracy work. This plan 2025 has been taking place in pieces since the Reagan administration at least and here we are facing down the destruction of democracy that the Heritage Foundation has been working toward for lo’ these many years. So it is now in its middle stages and if we democrats are going to stop the worst of that plan we best get to work!!! Just saying the walls are falling does no good to just stand here and say “hey, the walls are falling”!!!

Just sayin’

I don’t disagree that Trump matters. If you read the peace, I don't say that at all.

My point is that focusing only on Trump risks missing the machinery that made someone like him inevitable and sustainable. A movement doesn’t reshape institutions for 40+ years because of one man’s personality alone.

You’re also right that Democrats can’t just point at the fire and yell “fire.” But that cuts both ways. If the response is only “Trump is evil,” without addressing why millions lost trust in institutions, media, economics, and political leadership long before Trump, then the cycle just repeats with a smarter version later.

That’s the part I think too many people still underestimate. If you read the whole piece, and do me a favor bookmark it… I bring up the four major reasons the Democrats lost in 2024, according to DNC and independent polling , and I showed how I've talked about these things six separate occasions before, even predicting that the Blue Wave will be in trouble because of what Virginia is doing and I attached all those posts. This piece is revolutionary.

Thank you for responding, Mr.Smith. I know that you did not say trump is the only reason , I merely pointed out he is the major catalyst in this iteration of the implementation. And, yes, republicans in general have been working this effort for a very long time. I would like to read the piece you wrote that you referenced.

I am not too techie-how do I find your complete piece here on substack? I really try to stay informed.

Thanks.

This is the post. I made it into a 10 minute video where I described everything, but I alluded to six other posts I've done leading up to this one over the past 6 months… my brand is uncomfortable because I try to play Devil's advocate, and offer constructive criticism from within to try to combat the Furious emotion caused by Trump.

I am usually ahead on most narratives but this one, in particular and how it's going to affect the 2026 mid-times was especially full circle. There's a poster that I wrote In 2025, worn us about to these things and about what is and is not working . I say that this post is my most complete if you want to bookmark it and read the other posts that I link in the body one by one overtime.

But even as a 10-minute Standalone video, I do tease each piece so it's enough to get the idea

Mr.Smith—great!! We need more devil’s advocate thinking to walk us through scenarios we maybe did not think of originally. It is always good to look at as many versions of an idea or writing as possible in order to see where there is maybe a discrepancy lurking that we did not think out.A devil’s advocate questioning should always be involved in any search for truth, which is not typically obvious at first or fifth glance.

Somebody should have edited this because there are some serious spelling and grammar mistakes. I 💯 agree with the sentiments expressed though

Peter thank you so much. I usually will put a video or audio to accompany my posts, but this time I did an actual Video Post and the substack transcript feature is supposed to take my words, and type them out.

I didn't even think that it Could get this wrong but I went through and fixed everything. Thank you so much for pointing this out

Yep Voice Transcripton Software, about as bad as auto-correct

I figured that since substack says, “Make a video post and well transcribe it,” that they do this with some degree of precision…

But It's exactly like you said. This was exactly like me using voice to text (with my thick New Jersey accent) to send text messages.

They should not be offering this as a writers’ tool because when I looked at it… it was embarrassing. And of course since my introductory video was about 3 minutes long, the first 3 minutes are what it transcribed which is the worst part to make those types of mistakes.

The place is corrupt. Corruption is tyranny. Tyranny can't stand in America. Time for Americans to do what Americans are supposed to do. Be brave, live free, & overthrow. Defending & preserving American Liberty ain't easy, nor is it safe, but somebody's gotta do it. Calling all genuine true-blue red-blooded Americans to step up, be a man, and revolution.
